Welcome. Come as you are.
Small, friendly yoga classes in San Jose with Jessica Anthony. Every level, every body, no experience needed.
Every body welcome
A warm hello
Hi, I'm Jessica
So glad you found your way here. I teach slow, mindful yoga in San Jose: small groups, warm rooms, zero judgement. Every pose comes with options, so you can work at whatever level feels right today.
If you have never done yoga before, you are exactly who I had in mind. Come say hi before class and I will help you get settled. Whether it is your first class or your thousandth, there is a mat here for you.
Jessica Anthony
Every body welcome
Stiff, strong, bendy, brand new. Every pose has options, and you choose the one that fits today.
Small, friendly groups
Classes are kept small so I can actually see you, offer hands-on help, and learn your name.
Breath first
We move with the breath, not against it. You leave calmer than you arrived. Every time.
